Our state-of-the-art facilities are a source of pride, enabling us to create exceptional products all year round. We meet demanding client deadlines and prioritise the sourcing of the best possible ingredients with minimal transportation distance before they are transformed into pet food.

Machines and Production Lines

We can handle virtually every pet food production process from preparing, blending and treating ingredients to cooking, milling and finishing.

Ovens

Our six state-of-the-art Reich ovens were installed in 2022 to handler all drying processes.

Thermoformer Lines

We have swift Multivac lines that enable us to produce raw food in a range of different pouch sizes.

Multi-head Weigher

Our recently installed multi-head weigher enhances our ability to pack efficiently.

Manufacturing and Operation

We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to maximise our manufacturing hours throughout the day and week. This is a testament to our efficient production standards and client-focussed approach.

Capacity

Quantities vary with projects however, we routinely produce every week over:

  • 100,000 Packs
  • 25,000 Pigs Ears
  • 15,000 Paddywack

We are fully backed by Morrisons and meet their own rigorous manufacturing standards put in place for human-grade food production.

We are approved by APHA.

We are working towards BRC accreditation.

Our livestock comes from 100% Farm Assured holdings in the UK.
